or sell any customer information - period. We are a privately held, U.S.-based company of expertly
built model airplanes. By visiting our site and/or purchasing our products, we will not gather any personal data other than what is absolutely necessary to complete your order upon checkout.
Returns
We pride ourselves in building high quality custom models and we hope that you will be pleased with
your order.
However, rest assured that you can return an item for any reason, unless it was damaged after being received.
We offer a 10 Day Limited Money Back Guarantee returns policy.
For returns on items that are not damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise.
We will respond within 48 hours with instructions for returning the model to us.
We will accept authorized returns within 10 days of receipt as long as the items are undamaged and
in the original packaging.
Once your item has been returned to us, we will provide a full refund, less shipping costs.
Items that are damaged after customer receipt cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
